FrontPage is a popular web
design program, although primarily as it came bundled for free when many
people purchased their new Windows-based program or Office suites. While
it remains popular, as a web design program it definitely has limitations
and does not offer the full web design functionality that programs like
Dreamweaver offer. However, many use
it as their starter web designer software, and then eventually graduate
to a more powerful web building program.
