Day
One
I
went to Tamara's Plastiques party last night. I couldn't believe how fun
and easy it was. I couldn't help but think that I could do something like
that. Of course, I'm not really a plastic bowl kind of girl, but what
about something like make-up or bath stuff? Cheryl began selling Beauty
Buffs when she moved to Dayle, and she said she makes good money at it.
I remember her telling me she'll be going to the Carribbean next year
- ALL EXPENSES PAID! I could handle that. I could handle that easy! I
don't really want to sell Plastiques, but even the stuff Tamara gave me
for signing up sounds so great. I know everyone at the show spent at least
$50 each and Christine spent over $200 - I think she is outfitting her
entire fridge in the tealberry blue line. After all, she said it "matches
pefectly with those teal flecks in the lino." All I need to do is
invite Christine to a couple of my shows and I'd be set! She is even going
to host her own Plastiques show next week for Tamara. A few Christine's
later, and she'd be set! So I'm thinking about doing a party plan business.
It would be so nice to make money while I stay at home with the kids.
Scott would actually have to look after the kids some nights, although
he'd probably just invite his mother over those nights to occupy the kids
while he watched some oh-so-important game on TV. We'll see! I'm off to
research.
