Requesting Contact Information for a Non-Paying Bidder

When you are not receiving a response from a bidder, and no payment has arrived, you can request the contact information for your buyer through eBay. This information can help you find alternative ways to contact your bidder.

You can only request contact information for a bidder you are involved in a transaction with (either as a bidder or as the winner). You cannot request this contact information from any bidder.

You need to have the bidder's username and the eBay transaction # in order to request this information. To be aware that the bidder will also receive a notice with your own contact information when you submit a request. This will also allow the bidder access to your information so he or she can contact you.

When you request the information, you will receive the bidder's name, city, state and phone number.
