consider starting up. The best part is if sewing is a hobby you enjoy
you probably have most of what you will need right at your fingertips!
You could specialize in hard
to make and hard to buy sizes for items such as pet costumes and baby
costumes. I know when I tried to find an costume for my son that all of
them were simply too big, it was very hard to find anything that would
be the right size. You could make the costumes special order so they will
fit babies and pets upon purchase.
No only can you do the pets
and babies but you could also do costumes for school plays and the like.
Another different idea is teaming up with a business that specializes
in girl tea parties and dress up parties. You could supply all the dresses
to the business or them to buy or to sell to the children attending the
party. You could even make little princess dresses and sell them in a
lot for little girls. What little girl doesn't like to dress up and be
a princess for the day? I know mine love it!
Lastly, another idea would
be to create the patterns and just sell them on their own for people to
purchase and make the products themselves. You have a few, good options
