What do we mean by freelance
telemarketing? Simply, small business owners hiring you to make the cold
calls and follow ups they may be dreading to make!
You could start by soliciting
small to medium sized businesses that you will call their leads for them
or even find them leads! Many business owners simply don't have the time
in a day to do all the tedious little things that need to be done, this
is where you service will be helpful!
With most home phones and even
cell phone packages you can get unlimited long distance which would be
essential to do this business as you don't want to be receiving an outrageous
phone bill in the mail for all your calls. You could charge your customer
per call which would probably be easiest for you and them or buy hour.
Your clients can even supply you with a script that they would like you
to use when making the phone calls.
This idea came to light when
my friend whom owns a bridal store wanted me to start calling all her
leads for her as she just did not have the time to make the calls. It
was a win/win situation for both of us as I am sure it will be for many
other business owners. They could hire you to follow up, answer questions
or even take surveys for you.
