If you are organized by nature, this could be a unique business… helping those who are less organized than you to get organized. You would go into a client's and organizer his or her home office, closet or whatever room or space is in desparate need of an organizational makeover.

Many times, clients just want more space, yet don't know how to organize their space with everything they own. They will be amazed with the end result.

Many clients end up being a repeat client - you did such a good job on their closet, they now want you to tackle their overflowing kitchen cupboards.

You should let your client's know that your services come with a confidentiality agreement - this means if you find a black leather bustier and handcuffs mixed in with a box of rags, that you won't blab to others about it (no matter how tempting it might be!)

If you will install shelving or closet organizers as part of your service, be sure to specify these costs are included in your fee, or if they must be purchased separately by the homeowner. You don't want to complete a job only to have the client faced with an unexpectedly high bill because they didn't consider a $300 closet organizer system bill.
