old photo that they want painted of wedding pictures, baby pictures, really
it can be any type of picture that they want to cherish and have recreated
and even pet portraits!

then you may already have a majority of the items needed to start right
away and even so, the cost of your supplies should be included in the
price that you are charging for your service. Please be sure and charge
for your time accordingly. All too many times I see people not getting
paid what their time is worth because they don't know how to put a price
on it or they just enjoy it so much. For your business to be profitable
you will have to be able to set a price that will keep you ahead and not
falling behind.
You should be able to buy your
paints and canvases at wholesale pricing if you are set up as a business
as to keep some of your overhead and costs down. The great thing about
this business is it can be done in your spare time, you already enjoy
painting and it can be done from your home office easily!
