Finding the Perfect Sponsor

Finding the perfect sponsor can be tricky. Consultants often bemoan the fact as they are building their business that they wish they had signed up under another consultant than the one they did. Why? Because their current consultant just does not lead her downline as effectively as another.

A great sponsor will support and encourage you every step of the way. She will advise you on interesting articles to read to enhance your business, give suggestions for new party games that encourage additional women to step forward as a hostess, and encourage you when you hit a slow spot in your business. When you find that perfect sponsor, chances are you will be much more successful in your business than when you sign up under a lackluster sponsor who has no true interest in growing the business.

Is it best to have a local consultant, so you can have face to face meetings? While some people prefer in person chit chat, others are able to do this very successfully online through emails, chats and instant messages. So if you think that a certain person would be a perfect sponsor if she only lived closer, think again. With the internet, that person across the country from you can actually make the perfect sponsor.

The best sponsor will also be someone who is well established, although well established can mean many things. A perfect sponsor might be someone who has only been with the company for two months, yet has immense experience with network marketing. Or the perfect sponsor might also be someone who signed up fresh out of highschool ten years ago, and never looked back.
