Getting
No for an Answer
Too often, moms in network
marketing get depressed when they get no for an answer, especially when
just starting out. Eventually, they expect to get a no, which can actually
turn a possible yes into a no response.
When you get a no, there
are two important things to keep in mind.
First, no's in
network marketing are not all created equal. It could be maybe later,
I'll think about it, I need to discuss it with my husband, or I'll
look into it further. Sometimes, they might just want to ask a friend
for advice.
Second, it is important to
remember that your customer is never rejecting you as a person, but just
the offer or opportunity you presented. You might see the same person
three months from now, and have a different offer or angle, and the no
will suddenly turn into a yes!
