is the commission structure? As a Leaving Prints Instructor you are entitled to purchase Leaving Prints products at a significant discount. In addition to this discount you can receive substantial profits by retailing these highly consumable and exclusive products. You will receive an immediate wholesale to retail profit. Conducting LP “Learn and Earn” Classes is the preferred method of selling LP Products. Hostesses for these Classes may receive up to six wonderful benefits! 2. Personal Team Bonus You can also receive 4%, 6% and 8% commissions on the sales of your Personal Team. Your Personal Team is composed of members on your first three levels of Instructors. The percentage earned on the personal volume from the first level is 4% The percentage earned on the personal volume from the second level is 6% The percentage earned on the personal volume from the third level is 8% In order to receive monthly commissions, you need to be active. To be active you must have a personal sales volume of at least 75 PV in each respective calendar month. 3. Leadership Bonuses You earn additional bonuses by becoming an Instructor Leader and by training others to be successful as well. Senior Instructor (SI) Senior Instructor is achieved once you have completed the following requirements in one calendar month: 1. 150 PV (Personal Volume) As a Senior Instructor you will continue to receive 4%, 6%, and 8% on your Personal Team. In addition, you will also receive: Exclusive “Senior Instructor” pin. 3% bonus on your Personal Team’s total sales. An additional 1% (for a total of 4%) on your
total Personal Team sales ; if you maintain 3 consecutive months of Senior
Instructor requirements (150 PV, 1000 GV, and 3 Active Instructors). You
may continue to receive this additional percentage as long as you maintain
S.I. requirements for each consecutive month. Once any one of the three
S.I. requirements is not met the consecutive 1% bonus is lost and the
S.I. must meet the minimum requirements to again receive this additional
bonus. How
