Job Description: Live Operator Independent Contractor Verification Agent ~ VoiceLog needs English Independent Contractor verification agents with flexible hrs. You will work at home using your telephone and computer to complete various verifications and reporting back to the company.

Pay: As an Inbound Live Operator Verification Agent you will earn a guaranteed minimum $10 per hour and with incentives make up to $13 per hour* (CPC incentive).

Requirements:

• Quiet home office or setting
• A personal computer running Microsoft 2000 or Microsoft XP, Word, EXCEL, and a printer
• A paid email provider that provides enough space to receive fairly large documents and a printer
• DSL or Cable HIGH SPEED internet access (dialup not acceptable)
• AOL Instant Messenger account
• A second phone line dedicated to accepting inbound calls, with no features (no call waiting, voice mail etc...)
• 1-2 years customer service experience (inbound or outbound call center)
