Scott's
mom spent Grandma time with the kids today, which have me time to do some
of my own research. I told her what I was thinking of doing, and she always
amazes me at how high she can raise her eyebrows. After all these years,
I thought I would have seen them that high before. But I guess that is
to be expected, since I took her "baby" away from her. We've
been married six years, and I still don't think she's gotten over it.
If I do start a business, she would definately be the last person I would
ever expect to host a party, or to be a guest for that matter. I found
a party plan list on the internet, and I think I am back to square one
- party supplies, candles, essential oils, toys, clothes - who'd have
thought there were so much more beyond Plastiques and Faces? Now how am
I supposed to decide when there is so much to choose from? I went to some
websites and looked at products, and some of the business opportunity
pages, but so much of it was "contact for further information and
pricing." I did email a couple of consultants, and filled out some
info forms at some of the sites, so we'll see what happens.
