An eBook is a book that arrives to you in an electronic form. Once you download it, if you would like a hard copy, simply press the print button, and it will print a copy right on your printer.

What do I need to read an eBook?

MyMommyBiz uses Adobe Acrobat for all our eBooks, since Acrobat is available cross-platform (both PC and MAC). Many new computers come with the Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher already installed. But if you do not have a copy of it yet, you can download it here from Adobe's website.

How do I pay for my eBook?

MyMommyBiz has partnered with Clickbank to offer realtime downloads to all our customers. This means that as soon as your credit card is approved, you can download your eBook! Clickbank accepts all major credit cards for payment.

Is my credit card information secure?

All MyMommyBiz orders are processed through Clickbank's secure server.You can shop knowing that your credit card information is completely safe and secure.

Can I pay with PayPal instead?

Yes, you can pay by PayPal (jen@mymommybiz.com) but please note that MyMommyBiz cannot offer realtime downloads using PayPal. Once your payment is confirmed manually, we will send you your eBook as an email attachment. Please be sure you provide all details for which eBook you are ordering, and that you send the correct amount. If you would like to download as soon as you pay, please use Clickbank instead.

Can I mail a payment?

How do I download my eBook?

Once your payment has been confirmed, a screen will provide you with links and the password to open your eBook. You can click right on the link and open it in your browser, but we recommend you choose to "save target as" so that you can keep your eBook on your hard drive for future reference.

How long do eBooks take to download?

Even on the slowest dial-up (modem) connection, it will take less than a minute to download your entire eBook to your hard drive.

When I open my eBook, I am getting some blank pages and errors. How do I fix this?

This is caused if the version of Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer is an older version. Download the current version from Adobe's website here. Reopen your eBook, and it will work fine.
