What
is Usability Testing?
Usability testing refers to
testing of your website by potential visitors, and checking to see if
they have any problems read, navigating or otherwise using the site.
The number one problem with
websites not converting and not holding visitor's attention for longer
stays and more page views is because of usability problems with the site
itself.
Common areas to check for include
navigation, speed, images, fonts, shopping process and content. For greater
detail, you can read our Usability Checklist
to see what to test for.
Usability testing is important
for any website. You can test a site prior to launch, but it is also extremely
useful if you have a non-converting website and want to determine why
this is.

testing, read the article Conducting Your
